Enquire
Fill in the enquiry form with your preferred weekend, number of guests, and bedrooms required. We'll reply within a few hours to confirm availability.
No commitment required at this stage — just a quick message to check if your dates are free.

Confirm & Deposit
Once availability is confirmed, a $500 security deposit locks in your booking. The deposit is fully refunded after checkout.
Payment is handled directly between you and the owner — no platform fees, no service charges, no surprises.

Arrive & Enjoy
Check in from 12pm Friday. The apartment will be freshly cleaned with linen and towels ready. Check out by 12pm Monday.
You'll receive arrival instructions and a contact number before your stay. We're always available if you need anything.

Security Deposit · Return Conditions
We want every guest to leave happy — and we want to return your deposit in full. The $500 security deposit is released within 48 hours of checkout, provided the apartment is left in the condition you found it. We’re not looking for perfection; we’re looking for care.

Deposit May Be Forfeited For…

Guests beyond the stated maximum occupancy
Breach of strata by-laws or disturbance to neighbours
Where damage is minor (e.g. a broken glass or small stain), we’ll deduct only the reasonable cost of replacement and return the balance. We’ll always communicate openly before making any deduction. If we have spare crockery or linen on hand, we won’t charge at all — just leave us a kind review and we’ll call it even.

Parking
There is no dedicated parking with the apartment. Hall Street is a busy strip — street parking nearby is metered and limited, especially on weekends. We recommend arriving by rideshare, taxi, or public transport. The 333 and 380 buses stop steps from the door and connect directly to the city and Bondi Junction.
Groceries & Supplies
Harris Farm Markets at The Hub is a 4-minute walk away — one of Sydney's best independent grocers, open daily. For a full supermarket run, Woolworths at Bondi Junction is a short bus ride or 15-minute walk. The IGA on Campbell Parade is also handy for last-minute essentials.
The Fireplace
The cast-iron fireplace is a genuine heritage feature and a highlight of the apartment, especially on cooler Bondi evenings. It is a decorative feature — please do not light fires in it. The ambience it creates is real enough without the smoke.
Coffee & Breakfast
You are spoilt for choice. Porch & Parlour, Bills, and Gertrude & Alice are all within a short stroll. For something quieter, Blackwood opens early and does exceptional coffee. Most open from 7am on weekends — perfect for a slow Saturday morning before the beach.
Getting to the Beach
Bondi Beach is a 5-minute walk from the front door. Head down Hall Street, turn left at the promenade and you're there. The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk starts at the Icebergs pool — one of Sydney's great free experiences, especially at sunrise.
Bins & Recycling
General waste and recycling bins are located in the building's common area. Please bag all rubbish before placing it in the bin, and separate recyclables where possible. Collection days are noted on the bin room door.
Check-in & Keys
Key handover details are confirmed with you directly once your booking is finalised. Check-in is from 12:00 pm Friday. If you're arriving late or need a different arrangement, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Wi-Fi & Tech
High-speed NBN Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment — network name and password are on the card in the kitchen. The Smart TV supports Netflix, Stan, Disney+, and YouTube. A Bluetooth speaker is available for your use.
